Alexia Foods finds its roots with the history of its founder, Alex Dzieduszycki. From the start, Alex was an accredited New York chef with an entrepreneurial spirit that kept his ingenuity and imagination cooking. More than a decade ago, Alex ventured away from his jobs at four-star Manhattan restaurants and started a catering business. And from this modest catering business, a small lower eastside Manhattan kitchen, Alex and his business partner created the company's signature snack—Terra Chips®.
Today, Alex Dzieduszycki's thirst for innovation, culinary creativity, and entrepreneurial expression has led him to the creation of Alexia Foods.
