We have built a strong business case for diversity and inclusion, which has enabled us to build an ambitious network to attract, retain and promote employees from all walks of life. These employees subsequently help us forge stronger relationships in the community, in the marketplace and with our stakeholders. One significant element of this network is the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council, a group of senior executives that provides guidance, support and sponsorship for creating a culture of inclusion here at ConAgra Foods. The Council also holds management accountable for sustained results.
ConAgra Foods supports four employee resource networks within the company: The ConAgra Foods Asian Network (CAN), Black Employee Network (CBEN), Latino Network (CLN) and the Women's Leadership Council (WLC). Each group receives support from a senior manager to enable them to successfully contribute to the ConAgra Foods Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and business objectives.
