ConAgra Foods is organized into three businesses - Consumer Foods, International Foods and Commercial Products, which comprises our Food and Ingredients and Trading and Merchandising Segments.

Consumer Foods

Our Consumer Foods segment manufactures and markets leading branded products to retail and foodservice customers in the United States. Our brands and products dot the menus of popular restaurant chains and help fill the pantries of 95 percent of America's households. Among our trusted consumer brands are Healthy Choice, Chef Boyardee, Hebrew National, PAM, Egg Beaters, Orville Redenbacher's and Hunt's.

International Foods

Our International Foods segment manufactures a and markets branded consumer products through retail channels in every major region of the world outside the United States. Our international portfolio includes 40 global brands, along with a number of licensed and local brands, offered in 110 countries, including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, much of Latin America, Japan, China and the United Kingdom.

Commercial Products

Our Food and Ingredients segment manufactures and sells a variety of specialty products to foodservice and commercial customers worldwide. We work with our customers to develop solutions that meet their unique needs with: specialty potato products from Lamb Weston; spices and flavor blends from Spicetec; garlic, onions, capsicums and vegetables from Gilroy Foods; and grain and flour from ConAgra Mills, including Ultragrain, our proprietary whole-wheat flour that has the taste and texture of refined white flour.

Our Trading and Merchandising segment manages a complete portfolio of agricultural and energy commodities and services worldwide to help mitigate risk and contribute to the financial performance of our company.
