Following a mild heart attack, then-CEO Mike Harper began looking for foods that offered responsible nutrition as well as great taste. Since then, hundreds of products have joined Healthy Choice in our wellness portfolio, including Egg Beaters, Hunt's, PAM, Orville Redenbacher's, and many others.
ConAgra Foods has now gone beyond those offerings to improve the nutritional profile of our entire product line. ConAgra Foods nutrition experts and dieticians have identified dozens of opportunities to increase positive nutrients while reducing calories, trans fats, saturated fats, sodium, and sugars. Our intent is to improve nutrition across the board without compromising on taste, quality, convenience, or price.
